MIDDLE AGE CRISIS
In their youth, each individual has certain goals of their own and they try to move forward in line with these goals throughout their lives. When they reach middle age, they realize that they are nearing the end of their lives. They look back and see what they did. If they are happy with what they see, then there is no such thing as a mid-age crisis.
But if they are not satisfied at all, here it is; then there is a problem. They may not have achieved their goals or achieved but not happy. Others go into crisis because they realize that they are no longer as young as they used to be. There are many other causes of the mid-age crisis. As it is understood from here, there is no necessity that everyone will have a midlife crisis.
Individuals who are insecure and have problems in their childhood or youth are more prone to crisis.
